Traditional warfare training

Syed is an experienced professional being trained in Sarpatta Parambarai & well versed with other forms of Silambam as well

Lately, Silambam is glorified as an exciting stick rotation training. But there is more to Silambam than one could possibly imagine. Silambam is the warfare training been practised since the ancient period.

The journey that start with the Stick traverses to Double Stick, Sword, Madu, Spear and goes way beyond the stick rotation.

Sarpattai techniques train the person to practise in four directions and one of the hardest art to master. People training Silambam will build an exceptional focus, flexibility, physical fitness and endurance beyond the decorative art form.


Syed has been practising Karate for 15+ years professionally and a refree for the state and national competitions

Karate need no introduction as it is a widely practised form of Martial arts. As like other arts, Karate can be practised by people of any age group. Picking Karate ensures the person learning self-defense, build confidence, and get in the best shape.

Karate, like other Asian martial arts disciplines, stresses mental attitude and rituals of courtesy and a progressive journey

Kick Boxing (Muay Thai)

Syed is expertised in Muay Thai for over 20 years and a renowned refree for the state and national competitions

Kickboxing is a striking style involving punches and Kicks. There are wide range of kickboxing styles and we train in Muay Thai. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as there are multiple ways of striking.

Kickboxing strengthens and tones your legs, arms, glutes, back, and core all at once
